Membership Agreement: I certify that I am at least 21 years of age and I agree to receive a minimum of three allocations as part of my membership. I understand that my membership is ongoing until I cancel and hat the card on file will be charged for the cost of wines (at my membership level discount), plus tax and shipping as applicable. I agree to notify club manager of any changes to my membership at least 14 days prior to allocation disbursement.
